Services Offered at Bloom Within

Bloom Within LLC offers mental health counseling services to adults across Wisconsin, with both in-person and secure telehealth options available. In-person sessions are offered in the Ashwaubenon/Green Bay area, and telehealth allows you to access care from the comfort of your own space.

At Bloom Within, therapy is relational and person-centered. I work collaboratively with you to understand your experiences, explore the parts of yourself that may be in conflict, and move toward balance and self-connection.

What We Offer

  • 15- Minute Consultation

    No Cost

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of what working together might feel like.

During this call, we’ll briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of the process, and any questions you may have about my approach and future sessions.

There’s no commitment, just an opportunity to connect, learn more, and see if Bloom Within feels like the right fit for you.

  • Initial Assessment

    $120- 1 Hour

Your first session is an Initial Assessment, where we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals, background, and what you’d like to focus on moving forward.

This session also gives you a chance to experience what therapy will feel like. Collaborative, supportive, and paced around your comfort level. From there, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and helps guide our work together.

  • Ongoing Sessions

    $120/session- 50 Minutes

Ongoing therapy sessions will focus on your goals, growth, and overall well-being. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your needs.

    Need a Longer Session?

    Extended session $140/session- 80 Minutes

Some goals, topics, or moments in therapy may benefit from additional time. Extended sessions allow for deeper processing, slower pacing, or extra support when needed. These sessions can be scheduled occasionally or as part of your ongoing care, depending on your needs and availability.

Bloom Within offers a limited number of sliding scale spots for currently enrolled college and graduate students. Please reach out to learn more about current availability.

What We Treat

My Approach

My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and integrates several evidence-based modalities depending on your needs.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences. By targeting memories, negative beliefs, and emotional triggers at their root, EMDR allows them to feel less intense and more manageable. The goal is not to erase the past, but to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional relief.

  • I believe you are the expert of your own experience. Therapy is a collaborative space where you are met with empathy, authenticity, and respect while working toward growth and change.

  • This approach supports understanding how past experiences may shape present thoughts, emotions, and reactions while building practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

  • I incorporate ideas from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the different “parts” of yourself that may show up in challenging moments. By exploring these experiences with curiosity and self-compassion, we can make sense of patterns, reduce internal conflict, and create more balance and clarity.

  • We focus on identifying and building on your existing strengths and resilience. Therapy is not just about what is not working. It is also about recognizing what is already within you and using those strengths to support growth and meaningful change.

 FAQs

  • We are considered out-of-network providers, which means we are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, some people have more out-of-network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!

If you’re interested in using out-of-network benefits, we encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

    • Does my plan offer out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
    • What is my annual deductible for mental health benefits?
    • What is my co-insurance (the percentage my plan will reimburse)?
    • Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered each year?

It can also be helpful to ask how your insurance company prefers you to submit Super Bills. Bloom Within can email monthly Super Bills to all clients for their own reimbursement submissions.

Our online system accepts any payment method that functions like a credit or debit card, including most HSA and FSA cards.

  • Therapy works best when there are clear professional boundaries in place. If we already have a personal relationship (friends, family, coworkers, or social connections), it may not be appropriate for me to provide therapy services due to ethical guidelines and the importance of maintaining a confidential and unbiased therapeutic space.

If this situation comes up, I’m always happy to help connect you with a trusted referral so you can still receive the support you’re looking for.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots specifically for college students. Availability is limited and may vary throughout the year. If you’re a college student seeking support and cost feels like a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss current openings.

Is Telehealth Right for You?

Telehealth therapy offers a similar level of connection, care, and confidentiality as in-person sessions with the added comfort and flexibility of joining from your own space. Many people find that meeting online helps them feel more relaxed and consistent with their sessions, since there’s no commute, waiting room, or added scheduling stress.

Online therapy might be a great fit for you if:

  • You have a busy schedule or limited availability for in-person sessions.

  • You feel more comfortable opening up from home or your own safe space.

  • You want a flexible, reliable way to prioritize your mental health.

All telehealth sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. You’ll just need a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera and microphone.

Telehealth can be just as personal and effective as sitting in the same room, often with the added comfort of having your pets, a cozy blanket, or a cup of coffee nearby.

*Please note that in a virtual private practice setting, clinicians assess for risk and may refer a client to a higher level of care if they are presenting as a safety risk to themselves or others.
